Named after Addition Financial's former President and CEO, the Joseph A. Melbourne, Jr. Scholarship program awards college scholarships to six high school seniors, worth a total of $10,000 each. We also award two master's level scholarships worth $2,500 each. Applicants must be a primary or joint current account holder with Addition Financial at the time of application.

All Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applications are open to undocumented immigrant students with or without DACA or TPS who came to the U.S. before the age of 16 and before Nov. 1, 2017. This is a renewable award each year.
Award: $4000 over 4 years to 5 recipients who are degree-seeking, full-time freshman students as of Fall 2023. Applicants must identify as Asian American or Pacific Islander and have a track record of involvement in the AAPI communities, issues, or causes. This scholarship is need-based.
Award: $1000
This is a program for high school seniors who have already been accepted at a 2 or 4 year college or university. Students must have a 2.5 GPA or greater.

Petals of Hope Foundation, Inc. with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (Orlando Chapter) will award seven $1,000.00 scholarships, at least three scholarships will be awarded to applicants enrolled at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU). These scholarships will be given to deserving young women who will graduate from an Orange County Florida or Osceola County Florida high school this year and will attend an accredited college or university in the Fall.

The Horatio Alger Association has multiple scholarship opportunities that are need-based for both high school Juniors and Seniors. Requirements vary depending on the scholarship.
Award: 5 Scholarships in the amount of $1,100. This scholarship is for minority females graduating in 2023. You must be in Orange or surrounding counties in Florida and have at least 100 hours of community service, a waited GPA of 2.5 or greater, and be able to provide your transcripts.
Multiple $1000 scholarships are available to graduating females entering post-secondary programs in the 2023-24 school year.

This scholarship was established by the Jason Beaird Memorial Foundation (JBMF) to honor the life and legacy of Jason Beaird and to provide financial assistance to a graduating High School Senior from a high school in Orange County, Florida. The recipient will be a student who has faced adversity in their life, yet despite these challenges, plans to attend a Junior/Community College, Technical School or 4 year University beginning the Summer or Fall following high school graduation.
This scholarship awards $1000 to 3 students who have experienced homeless in the 2022-23 school year. Students must have a 2.0 GPA to apply.

The winners are selected by the Club based on their academic achievements, athletic abilities, school and community involvement and financial need.
This is a program for high school Juniors who have proven Academically outstanding and who come from families earning less than $65,000/year for a family of four. This is more than just a scholarship, it involves programs that assist students through their senior year and the college application process.
The Voyager Scholarship helps students pursuing careers in public service by providing access to travel and education. This is for high school juniors and seniors. Recipients will be awarded up to $50,000 for their education.
Ivy Tea Rose, Inc is focused on the academic achievements and community service acts of young people. As such, we are pleased to invite male or female African American high school seniors, who are in good academic and social standing within Orange and Seminole Counties, to apply for this scholarship. Lockheed Martin has established a scholarship program to provide opportunities to students studying engineering or computer science that demonstrate financial need and come from underrepresented or underserved communities. In 2023, up to 200 renewable scholarships of $10,000 each are offered for full-time study at an accredited U.S. institution of the student’s choice.
Award: $5,000
This scholarship aims to support students of all ages participating in skills-based training in engineering, technology, and advanced manufacturing fields. The Vocational Scholarship program is a critical component of Lockheed Martin’s investment in workforce development and education.
Eligibility requirements include U.S. Citizenship, being a graduating senior who plans to enroll in a secondary education program in the fall of 2023, and plan to study in specified fields as listed in the scholarship.
The Danniel J. Petro Scholarship fund was established to make it possible for eligible students from local high schools in Orange County, both public or private, to further their education at one of the following educational institutions: Valencia College, Orange Technical College, or the University of Central Florida.
